Here we were using Unigraphics software for 3D modeling. & for manufacturing DELCAM 6.0. Here I am doing Modeling for Various type of Automobile parts and also generating NC program for MAKINO 65S (12000rpm), MAKINO LEBLOND (7000rpm) LEADWEEL (6000rpm),HASS VF4 (7500rpm).Here we are having total 12 Vmc machine setup for die sinking.
We have 4 delcam seats & 3 Unigraphics seats. In Cad\Cam Dpt. my responsibility is to give daily work load as per tool room requirement.
Also arrange tooling required for vmc machine & attend daily meeting with tool room incharge.

At Amforge Industries Ltd, firstly I was working in tool room as VMC OPERATOR having VMC of 4000 rpm, with Fanuc controller. Then working in DESIGN DPT. as a CAD\CAM ENGINEER using Unigraphics software for modeling.
Also doing machining die sinking program for HAAS MACHINE (15000 rpm.) & HMT MACHINE (4000 rpm.) using UGNX1 & NX2.

5) “SUCHI engg. Pvt. Ltd.” is an Ancillary of press parts for M & M Nashik, Mumbai, BAJAJ TEMPO LTD. Akurdi, TATA FICOSA at Hinjewadi, Cooper India ltd. (FORD’S SUPPLIER) at Chennai.
At Suchi Engg. Pvt. Ltd. I had been worked as Quality Engineer. Also to look after the production and new development to make work-sheet, Process sheet; to workout product rates.

Present Salary : Rs. 23400 per Month CTC. (2.80 lacs / Annum)
Expected Salary : 4.2 Lacs./Annum

Notice Period : 1 Month
