A) Organization: Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Biotech R&D, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

1. Proteomics- Western Blotting, SDS-PAGE, 2D-PAGE, NATIVE GEL for  differential protein expression in Cancer cell line. Protein profiling  of Sub cellular fractions of cells.
2. ELISA Assay – Indirect and sandwich ELISA for detecting antibody  titers from animal and human clinical samples, for study of Cytokines  and molecules involved in cell signaling pathways. 
3. ELISPOT Assays – Assay standardization for detection of IFN-g and IL-2 producing cells for detection of Th1 immune response. 
4. Effector cell function Assay – Assay development and standardization  to establish effector cell function using splenocyte cells as effectors  against target Mammalian cells different effector to target ratios via  MTT or MTS assays.
5. Animal handling: Specialized in administrating drug / antigens /  Vaccine formulation via intradermal, intravenous, intramuscular,  intraperitonial, and intracerebral routes in various animal models  (Mice, rat, rabbit and guinea pig), Bleeding and dissecting animals for  relevant studies. 
6. Flow Cytometer analysis: Reticulocytes count Bioassay for different  serum samples, QC of flow cytometer for different analysis.

Working Projects: 
1) Pancreatic Cancer Vaccine: To evaluate the immuno-adjuvant property  of Biomolecules for its probable use in cancer therapy using in-vitro  approaches and in-vivo models; and also to determine the longetivity of  immune response elicited by such a therapy using a range of biomarkers. 
2) Rabies vaccine: To evaluate the immuno-adjuvant property of  Biomolecules for its probable use in Rabies therapy using in-vivo models  (Swiss albino mice) in the form of antirabies antibody titer in Serum  samples. 
3) Sepsis project: To evaluate the immuno-adjuvant property of  Biomolecules because it acts as an immunomodulator and also to determine  the longetivity of immune response.
4) Hepatitis project: To determine the longetivity of immune response  elicited by such a combination where we use Biomolecules as an adjuvant.
