Abu-Dhabi of 6000 Metric Tons.

2. Worked with “M/s William Hare (I) Pvt. Ltd. At Chennai as a Checking Engineer in Engineering Dept. (Structural Steel Detailing) From June 2007 to Nov. 2007. Using Tekla Structure-12.1 Software.

Ø Industrial project of 19000 metric tons for Saudi-Kayan refinery.

3. Worked with “M/s Prothious Engineering Services Pvt.Ltd.”at Nashik as a Checking Engineer in
Engineering Dept. (Structural Steel) From May 2005 to May 2007.
Basically it’s Steel Detailing Organization Using SDS-2 software, for making Model Framing and Drawing Detailing. For following Industrial and Commercial Projects.

Ø California Heart Center at California of 9000 metric tons.
Ø Industrial project for Jyoti Structures at Dubai of 6500 metric tons.
Ø Industrial project of power plant for McGill Engg.at USA of 21000 metric tons.
Ø Mac dowel Heart health center at USA of 6000 metric tons.

4. Worked with “M/s R.L.Dalal & Co.Pvt.Ltd.” As a Senior Engineer (Execution), From October 2002 to April 2005, for the following projects,

Ø M/s Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. for their Edible Oil Refinery Plant at Patalganga.Structural steel work of 2500 MT.
Ø M/s Hindustan Construction Co. Ltd. For their Training cum workshop project. Near Panvel.

5. Worked with “M/s Rotary MEC Engg. (I) Pvt. Ltd.” Singapore based Multinational Company in Bangalore as an Engineer (Execution) & Quality Control Engineer from March 2001 to Oct.2002 for the project,
M/s Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. For their Pipeline Marketing Terminal at Nawagam near Ahemadabad.
Successfully done 14 Nos. of tanks of following sizes;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ø Preparation and checking of shop drawings, General Arrangement drawings and required fabrication reports using SDS-2, X-steel and Auto-Cad Software’s.

Ø Fabrication, Welding, Erection and Hydro-Testing of various sizes of Fixed
Roof, Floating roof, Dome roof tanks as per approved drawings, specification
And Standards.

Ø Fabrication, Welding, Erection and Hydro-Testing of various sizes of piping works of SS, CS, AS, LTCS, IS-1239 and 3589 pipes.

Ø Fabrication, welding & erection of structural steel works like Columns, Trusses,
Gantry girders Curved trusses & Purling. For Industrial and commercial projects.

Ø Procurement of manpower, machinery, consumables, Tools & Tackles to the sites.

Ø Assistance / Co-ordination and planning with Clients and Contractors.

Ø Preparation of Schedules as per work priority.

Ø Preparation of running bills as per site activity completed.

Ø Preparation of Isometric drawings based on P&I Diagram.

Ø Inspection and Monitoring of Sandblasting & painting of Tank ages and piping work as per Swiss standard.

Ø Preparation of WPS, PQR and Conducting WPQ.

Ø Stage wise Inspection carried out during construction of Tank ages and piping.

Ø Interpretation of Radiographic films, Conducting NDT viz., Dye-penetrant test, Magnetic Particle Test
