Breather outlet tube for 6C Engine Concept designing of the model for breather outlet tube & detailing. These concepts had saved the cost of engine. Pulley Crankshaft , spacer & respective hardware for ISF 3.8 (Avlon) Created model for pulley crankshaft by taking suitability of mounting. Arranged spacer & respective hardware. Studied mass and MI. Assembly of Cylinder block for V28 Modeling & drafting for Cylinder block assembly and different aspects of work functionality. Layout & Installation of G855-C, Application- Gas compression, System- Cooling Design the pipe inlet, outlet, water transfer system; modify the radiator as per customer requirements & make assembly and designed parts & air cleaner system for engine. Support 6 sigma drives in engineering -6BT5.9. Design new heat exchanger bracket Concept designing for Heat exchanger bracket & piping. Engine-ISF3.8 (Avlon) - New Flywheel concept to suit gear box.
