- In the project, Designed the different parts of the engine (i.e. cylinder, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, valve, and rocker arm) and prepare a Simulation Model of 4s-Engine in Pro\e software on the bases of designed dimensions. The calculations are based on actual design consideration & requirement like maximum RPM, power etc; that are taken from the Bike manual of Hero Honda (Passion Plus).and During comparison of modeled engine with the existing engine, the dimensions calculated are inline.
