EAI, UCM know how will be desirable 
Good analytical and logical skills 
Good interpersonal skills

For 'Consultant' positions:

Good know how of EAI, EIM, workflow and configuration required 
Good understanding of estimation models like FPA, TCM amongst others. 
Sound knowledge of project delivery processes 
Good understanding of technical issues. Must be able to play the technical lead in a project 
Excellent interpersonal skills

Location: Mumbai/Pune - with on-site opportunities, depending on projects
