Project Description : UNION METAL CORPORATION has been one of America's leading street lighting Manufacturers for over a century. Their manufacturing capacity is 120 Item Masters (Street Lighting poles) per week. CADEM gives the complete production Support for the UMC shop floor.

Role in the Project :
- Studying the Sales Order and line diagram.
- Modeling and assembling of Item Master.
- Preparing the Production Drawing and generating the B.O.M.
- Final quality check of Shop floor drawings.
- Client interaction and project review.

WORKED AT SERVICES ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES

Services engineering industries is ISO/TS –16949/2002 certified & deals in the Sheet Metal Based Auto Components supply directly to reputed customers like Maruti Udyog Limited, Eicher Engineering, Minda Industry, Caparo Maruti, Gabriel India Ltd., Thai Summit Neel Auto etc. Company is manufacturer of OEM’s like Gear Shift Control, Parking Brake Lever etc.

Project Done on AUTOCAD, PRO-E WILDFIRE 2.0 :-

- 2D Strip layout off all Sheet Metal Child Parts for cost reduction.
- 3D Modeling & Drafting of Progressive tool Bkt.retainer door hinge(ModelYL-6)
- 3D Modeling & Drafting of Blanking, Piercing, Bending tool for models YC-5, YV-4,YG8-O2,YL-6 miner.
- 3D Modeling & Drafting Receiving Gauge & Welding fixture for new and old parts.
- 3D Modeling & Drafting of Pneumatic tapping fixture for Gear Shaft Lever.
- Small Modification in tools for error proof operation.

My Role :-
