DUTIES AND RESPONSILITIES
- Staining techniques- Grams Staining, AFB Staining (Z-N), Fluorescent Staining.
- Culture methods- Bateriology, Mycobacteriology, Mycology, Anaerobic Bacteriology, Parasitology involving various samples.
- Antibiotic sensitivity tests.
- Biochemical identification tests.
- Preparation of media and reagents.
- Latex agglutination tests for bacteria.
- Quality control in microbiology.
- Sterility testing (Environmental & OT)
