Protein Estimation by Folin Lowry Method, Sugar Estimation by DNS(Dinitro Salicylic Acid) method, Estimation of reducing & total sugar by Cole’s method, Enzyme assays (Effect of time, temperature, pH, etc.), Estimation of DNA by DPA(Diphenyl Amine) method, Estimation of RNA by Orcinol method, Water quality testing & Assay.
3. MICROBIOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES:
Gramme’s Staining, Endospore Staining, Spirochete Staining, Acid Fast Staining(for Mycobacterium tuberculosis), Widal’s Test, ABO Blood grouping, Estimation of milk quality.
4. PROGRAMMING SKILLS:
