Duties & Responsibilities in CEARS Dies & Moulds
- Die design of sheet metal components.
- Development of component 
- Change in process if required & alternate the tools.
- 3d-Modelling of die parts for CAM.
- Design of panel checker for validation of components..
- Pattern modelling for machining along with pattern checking
- Making the modifications in Dies and fixtures as per ECN in components. 
- Die design of transfer & progression line tools.
- Automation of dies for transfer line.
- Represent the design department in ISO audit.

- Dies for A wind Shield Draw Die for PIAGGIO, Model – APE.

4 YEARS DIPLOMA IN TOOL & DIE MAKING, from Central Tool Room &  Training Centre, Kolkata in August 2007 with 78%. Course Recognized by  A.I.C.T.E. and west Bengal Council of Technical Education. Recommended  ISO9001 institute by KPMG. (Equivalent to Mechanical Engineering  Diploma).
