Eight month industrial project carried out at – Ranbaxy Research Laboratories, Gurgaon, from June 2010 to februry 2011. Title of thesis - “ Formulation, Optimization and in-vitro Antimicrobial Evaluation of Lozenges Dosage Form of Model X.Y.Z Drugs”.
Training Description:
• Pre-formulation and formulation development involving OTC and Generic Products. Stable, reproducible and development batches of Solid Compressed, Powder and Throat Spray Dosage Forms.
• Evaluation of Antibacterial activity of dosage form by Zone of Inhibition and Assay of same.
• Data retrieval from various Regulatory Authorities and Patent office like USFDA, EMEA, CDSCO, WHO, ICH USPTO, EPO, IPO and Google Patents search etc.

PROJECT UNDERTAKEN
• Formulation, Optimization and in-vitro antimicrobial Evaluation of Lozenges Dosage Form of Model X,Y,Z Drugs. (M. Pharmacy)
• Effect of different binder concentration on dissolution of Paracetamol tablet.(B. Pharmacy)
