EXPERIENCE
Total 4 years experience in the field of Thermal power plant as an Instrumentation Engineer.
*Currently working in a Lloyds metal & Engineers ltd. Ghughus Chandrapur.From Apr2009 to till date.

* One & ½ year in M/s Shalivahana green energy ltd. Wani,Yavatmal (M.S.).From Sep 2007 to March 2009.
* One year PGDC in Thermal Power Plant Engineering from N.P.T.I. Nagpur. Year 2006-2007
* One year experience as a GET in M/s MSP Steel & Power Raigarh (C.G.).
CURRENT EXPERIENCE
Working in a Lloyds metal & Engineers ltd as a E & I Engineer in power plant ,setup a 30MW*2 with 12*4TPH, 55*1 WHRB & 90*2 AFBC Boiler, CHINA Turbine, Rockwell DCS. And also Plan for 30*2 MW.
- Working as an Engineer E & I in 30 MW Power plant .Seen the Project work related to E & I department.
- Done the transmitter mounting, calibration and schedule for DCS.
- Done the mounting of hydra step sensor and cabling as well as remote display of drum level.
- Done the calibration of control valve (precision control, mill control and forbmarshal).
- Project Coordination and floating enquiries and making Indents.
- Visited the Rourkela for Transmission Tower inspection and related Proto and ear thing electrode materials.

PAST EXPERIENCE

1) M/s SHALIVAHANA GREEN ENERGY LTD is 10 MW with 45 TPH AFBC Boiler and ABB DCS (From Sep 2007 to March 2009).
- Basic Engineering of drives, plc & DCS done ferrules for all MCC Panel, DCS & Control room panel and done the loop test.
- Reviewing the Equipment List to prepare the I/O List.
- Making Cable Schedule and Termination Details for the Instruments.
- Designing of control Desks, Erection and Commissioning of the Process lines & related field Instruments.
- Making corrections in the wiring at site as per the requirements.
- Scheduling, organizing and conducting client meetings to study the system requirements and decide the level of automation.
- Maintenance and Settings of all control valves, settings of positioner, pilot valve, and positioner feed back.
- Calibration of Governor 505 Wood Word and calibration of Transmitter and testing through Hart Communicator.

2) M/s MSP STEEL & POWER LTD Jamgaon, Raigarh (C.G). As GET in Instrument (year March 2005 to March 2006) is 12X2 MW power plant side, With 40 TPH AFBC.
- Efficient operation of Boilers and Turbine, DM Plant, Compressor and other accessories of Co-generation plant so as to ensure continuous generation of steam and power.
- Efficient use of men, material, and machinery so as to reduce the cost of process.
- Co-ordination with the other departments.
- Should be well versed with analog/digital/ power electronics circuits
- Application knowledge on AC/DC switchgear components, Servo systems, SCADA, specific knowledge.

N.P.T.I TRAINING
