- Ensuring correct and timely re-measurement on major civil and infrastructure projects for the purpose of interim and final invoicing to the cost consultant and client with different modes of measurements like POMI, SMM 7.

- Reviewing and studying contract documents to be fully aware of scope of work, contractual requirements, requirements noted on tender documents, especially drawings, statements generated and preparation of a change control log covering any impact on costs, and liabilities resulting from variations/changes included in the drawing/instructions.
- Preparing measurement and cost estimates/detailed breakdowns for changed /additional works, monthly progress measurement of all areas of the work.
- Advance planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, inviting and comparing Quotations, contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all parts of works as per company’s Standard Contract Documents, FIDIC and JCT forms of contract.
- Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
