capability that has been built into it by way of design.
3. Check materials and technology process employed while manufacturing the

4. Responsible to test efficiency, losses at rated load, characteristics, temperature
limits etc.
5. Conducted process tests and performance tests (Routine and Prototype tests).
6. Routine tests were carried on each generator to make sure that it is electrically and
Mechanically sound.
7. Prototype tests were performed when a machine with different specification is

Cost Benefits of this project :
- The entire setup including boxes was completed with only 3000rs.
II)
Project : Cooling Arrangement Done For AMD Processor.
Cost benefits of this project
- Installing the Air Conditioning costs at least Rs.18000
- Through this project, the same cooling effect was achieved with Rs.400.
III)
Project : Car Amplifier Driven By Computer Cd-Rom.
Cost Benefits of this Project :
- Computer CD-ROM costs Rs.200, but car CD player costs Rs.5000.
Through this project, the car CD player was built including the speakers for Rs.2500.
VI)
Project : Modification in MARUTHI 800cc Car.
TECHNICAL Benefits of the project :
- Usually when the car is at its top speed, 18 degrees temperature is achieved.
Due to this project, at stable car speed, 8 degrees temperature is achieved.
