- Prepare 3 D models as per the drawings
- Prepare 3 D models for foundry tooling such as Patterns, core box, fixtures
- study & analysis of reports & take corrective actions in toolings
- Co-ordinate between process control , pattern shop, Design department.
- Developments of new components i.e. Patterns & C/ box life monitoring.
- Attend daily customer complaints regarding ( casting or m/cing ) & take corrective actions.
- Periodic inspection of castings, patterns & c/box. 
- Attend ECN’s & complete them. 
- Making PPAP of new items.
- Study & analysis of compensation factor for castings.

2.Jan’2006 to March 2009 with Mahindra - Hinoday Industries Ltd. (A  Mahindra systech Group Company) as Engineer (QA ). I am working as an  engineer in QA Dept. of Mahindra-Hinoday Ind.Ltd. . It is manufacturing  organization preparing S.G. Iron casting having collabration with  Hitachi Metals Ltd. Japan . It manufacturers components like gear  carrier hsg. , crankshafts , manifolds , bearing caps , turbine  housings. 
 It’s domestic customers are M&M , AAL , Axles India , Dana India  Ltd While overseas clients are Hyundai , Cummins , Holset ,Honeywell ,  Knorr- Bremse

3. Aug 1999 to Jan’2006 with M/S. Ghatage-Patil Industries Ltd;  Uchgaon,Kolhapur ) Worked as a Jr. engineer in QC. Dept. It is  manufacturing organization preparing S.G. Iron, Cast iron &  aluminium castings. It manufacturers components like cylinder blocks,  Front axle supports, Cranck cases, etc. 
 It’s domestic customers are Tata motors, M&M , Force motors,  Eicher, L & T, Dana India Ltd While overseas clients are Yanmar,  Cummins. John deer.

- Reduced weight of carrier housing by 1.2 Kg which was excess than defined weight.
- Solved flange thickness variation problem of turbine Housings & reduced rejection up to 7 % which was 75 to 85 %
- Solved imbalance problem of crank shaft . 
- Developed 497 Euro III Tur. Housing ‘ FIRST TIME RIGHT ‘ ( Team achievement )
- Appreciated by DC- CTT Team during their audit and got award for the same.
